[pmwiki-users] Patch for wikiforms recipe

This fixes an issue in the ViewTemplate feature. 
Field values containing markup that includes 
apostrophes (eg ''emphasis'') now display correctly.

If the form-based group contains a page called 
ViewTemplate, the browse action uses the layout of
the template page to format pages, substituting 
field values for field names. A live example is at:
http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=TipOfTheWeek.00001

The page also uses the (attach) field type.
