oops! the example was not very good. One should really only use
%rownosort% once and in the bottom row.

I fixed the date sorting, but it may well be a bit cranky.
Don't mix date types.

Make a column non-sortable by adding %colnosort% to the header cell.
All other header cells need the ! at the start, to make them into
<hd> cells, but not the one with the %colnosort%. (otherwise the
%colnosort% style will be used by all header cells, i.e. none will be
sortable!.

The script uses wiki style definitions which are applied to <td> (for
%colnosort%) and <tr> (for %rownosort%) respectively.
