[pmwiki-users] Form-based means of creating new wikigroup, otherwise forbidden?

I just added a recipe in the cookbook: see

Note that this setting doesn't require any knowledge of PHP or PmWiki program 
code, it just uses an "include" and a "conditional markup". Any regular 
PmWiki user could do it, that's why I wonder how a professionnal like you 
couldn't.
