[pmwiki-users] I need delete .pageindex

I have in wiki.d a file called .pageindex which guards the whole content in
general of the portal, what will happen(pass) if I eliminate this one?. I
changed Category to Topic but this file does not allow me to update the
pages that already were categorized.
