[pmwiki-users] easy question to all #2

Ok, after a while of pursuing this problem, I think I found an answer, although it isn't very user-friendly for my wiki users.

I went in and created a group password as administrator within the wiki (not config.php). This password was the @nopass, which took out the site password. Then, I created instructions to my wiki users to add the ?action=attr to the urls of the pages they created within that group. That allowed them to create their own passwords. This is very unfriendly to the user. I thought about adding something into that group's template, but I couldn't imagine how that would be useful for their page.

If anyone else has a better idea, please let me know.

Chris

Take a look at <http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Passwords> starting
from "To set a password on a wiki group" for how to set the attr
password for a group.
