Pm, would it be a good idea to create a 'CheckInstall.php' script for PmWiki
that wiki administrators could run to test the major core PmWiki
dependencies e.g. read/write acces to certain folders, warn if default
passwords are used, test for php specifics like 'allow_url_fopen'.  If feel
that something like this would filter out a lot of first time problems when
moving to an ISP.
