[pmwiki-users] pmwiki automatically creates new pages

That's a bit odd -- this behavior has been disabled by default
since Version 2.1.0 (March 2006).  So, something appears to have
wikiwords enabled.  Check your local/config.php file and make sure
that neither $EnableWikiWords nor $LinkWikiWords are being turned on.
