[pmwiki-users] Import tables keeping alignment?

Hello All,

is there a simple way to convert tables from an office application to
PmWiki keeping cell justification?

ConvertHTML doesn't handle the HTML from Word, I didn't try
OpenOffice.

WordPaste doesn't keep alignment (although I might be able to add
this). And I'm not sure whether I can convince the the person creating
the tables to install a macro.

KompoZer (Mozilla Composer successor) keeps the table formatting. But
the resulting HTML is still too heavy for ConvertHTML. It's full of
stupid formatting.

I could try KompoZer -> HtmlTidy -> ConvertHTML but I doubt the editor
will use this.
