gif picture are hardcoded in the toggle markup like this :
(:toggle id=tabshout show=tabshout.gif hide=tabshout.gif:)

According the toggle cookbook http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Toggle, 
files must be attached to the page
I'm not sure how the class 'myicons' can be associated with this cookbook, 
...
