Hi, Patrick,

Here's my understanding of how the names work:
You can rename skin.tmpl to whatever you like -- the first .tmpl in
the directory is the one that gets used. Then there's a line near the
top of the html code in your skin.tmpl file where you specify which
skin.css file to use.

Anyone: is that right, wrong, incomplete?
