Hello Luigi !

Why not use a mass search and replace program ? download your files on your
computer, search for ancient pattern, replace with new pattern, upload
modified one. Be sure to have a copy for security...

Other way would be to look at your logs for every file not found ; then fix
the link. Or use a program like xenu to list every dead link.
Or use a some htaccess trick to redirect every call to former location to
the new one.
