[pmwiki-users] question about the encoding

Hi All,

I am a new user of pmwiki. I am trying to build a Chinese website with
pmwiki. The title and the most of the content display Chinese characters
correctly, but at the footer, I always got the results as follows:

"Last modified on 2010 年 10 月 12 日, 03:32 ����"

It seems that there are two characters not encoded in UTF-8 at the end. How
can I solve this problem?
