or configuration that changes the organization of wiki.d/ .
In that case, the authorization recipe will be looking in the
wrong place.

Any recipe that changes PmWiki's wiki.d/ or work.d/ storage 
organization generally needs to be loaded fairly early in 
the configuration -- even before authorization.
