You probably want to use this :
 group=-PmWiki,-Site,-Category name=-RecentChanges

The your pagelist requested pages which do not contain the _words_ "pmwiki", 
"site" or "recentchanges" (in the text, case insensitive).

What you probably want is pages in _groups_ other than PmWiki or Site, and not 
_named_ RecentChanges.
