[pmwiki-users] Windows installation problem

I set up a test installation up on a linux hosted site and it worked
without any issues. I moved it to my windows hosted site and found
that when I tried to edit the sidebar, it went to 'Editing Main
Homepage'. and when I try to look at another page it always takes me
to the homepage.

I've tried searching around but can't find anything on this issue.
