[pmwiki-users] Setting an id-tag to a 2nd level heading and removing "name=" in anchor

Actually this brings to mind a highly sought after PITS entry which
encompasses something similar to this

and also
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PITS/00955 Automatic anchors for document
sections
and finally
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PITS/01224  Enhance page list
templates<http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PageListTemplates> to
process anchors

I urge those who are interested to vote for these (although 00027 has plenty
of votes!) and perhaps this feature could be provided through the
implementation of some or all of these feature requests
