While we have agreed over the PmWiki philosophy #2 "PmWiki doesn't make any  
attempt to do everything that can be done in HTML" and #3 "Avoid gratuitous  
features (or creeping featurism)", we understand that some admins may have  
specific requirements, CustomMarkup is a way to add a specific feature.
