[pmwiki-users] Updated images not showing without browser refresh

When you say they update an image, and then have to refresh the page, is
this what is happening?

User is viewing a page with an image.
User opens a new tab/window and uploads a new image with the same name
(replaced the existing image).
The page with the image is not updated.

If this is the case, this is standard behavior.
PmWiki does not use Ajax to refresh content.
