[pmwiki-users] selling pmwiki to high school students

Personally, I try to sell students not on a single software product,
but on how to define their needs and choose appropriately (without
putting my thumb on the scales *too* much :). No single piece of
software is best for all tasks...if it seems so then one either
doesn't have much experience with a wide variety of needs or has
acquired the syndrome where their beloved piece of software has become
a hammer and every task looks like a nail.

PmWiki has natural advantages in some areas and disadvantages in
others. The real skill is in recognizing them and how they apply (or
not) to the task at hand.
