[pmwiki-users] Thumblist recipe generates "Function create_function() is deprecated" message

I have a site with pmwiki-2.2.115 and PHP 7.3. 
I get the Function create_function() is deprecated  in thumblist2.php on line 448 even though I am using the pccf2pcf.php recipe. 

The recipe seems to work because there is much less warnings, but there is still one such warning shown at the top of my site...
