[pmwiki-users] pmwiki 2.2-127 & PHP 7.3 warnings

I am now running all our wikis on a new server with php 7.3 and 2.2-127.

I works really well, pmtoc + sectionedit seems to be working together 
perfectly now:-)

There are some php warnings in the log though, seems to be mostly related
to wikish, seclayer & toolbox:
