I was using the CMSBundleAddLink recipe for a long time, but it doesn't 
seem to be supported anymore and, doesn't work with newer versions of 
pmwiki. I switched to the regular AddLinkBookmarklet (addlink2.0.3) 
awhile back.

Both of those add backslashes to escape single and double quotes. It 
will also do the same to any single or double quotes in the page where 
the link is saved. The result is that any single or double quotes in the 
links accumulate more and more backslashes over time to the point of 
absurdity. This doesn't happen with normal page edits and saves, just 
when the bookmarklet triggers an edit.

I don't have time to dig into the code right now, but wanted to mention 
it in case someone already has an easy fix.
