[pmwiki-devel] $EnableRelativePageVars & Links do not apply to attached file (2.2.0 beta)

Hmm, I guess I don't know anybody who actually likes having the
"Attach:" text appear.  The first thing I did after installing PmWiki
was search for a Cookbook for how to get rid of the "Attach:Group"
text.  The little triangle is much cleaner.
