I was thinking more like a pmwiki playground, where user can signup, use any 
version they like with any modules to test... keep the account or press 
delete after testing.

This kind of setup would eventually benefit all.
1. All Modules/Skins would need be made installable, thereby making is 
consistent in someway.
2. An installer for modules would be created.
3. A testing ground for both user and developer.
4. It would be fun to visit various users to see what they choose and how they 
assemble their pages. Like some may create their account into a blog some to 
family-album...etc

Works that would be required.
1. Creating user base account.
2. Formulating the structure/code for installabe modules.
I guess once this is done it would be self driven structure. The only 
continued work would be moderating these sites and keeping it under decided 
policies. I don't mind being a moderator (on some rotation basis like 3 
months or so).
