it is a very good approach to maintain summaries of development proposals in
the wiki but do the discussions on the mailling list.

In order to improve this process, I propose that you place in the
Development.GroupHeader also a link to post mails in the mailing list
similar.

This would help to maintain the links between wiki and mailing-list.
