I'm not sure about 2.x, but in 1.x, you can put a picture in a table and
fill one or the other column with text creating a 'wrapped' look with some
limits.  

One possible caveat with wrapping text is (in my IE experience) with html
and images, it's best to have the text wrap on the left side of a picture,
at least with IE. IE seems to mangle text on the right side of an image,
particulary if you use bullets with the text. So no matter how 2.x might
offer text wrapping, it might not work reliably with all browsers, at least
with wrapping on the right of the picture.
