oh yes, that would do the job nicely!
BTW I was just testing the blog-to-past feature cause it is implemeted. 
I dont consider this a key feature for a simple news tool.

Yes. In most cases useres expect to be presented the same form for 
creating AND editing - already filled for the second case. The conflict 
in the actual state of KOB is, that editing a post confronts u with 
formatting markup, while creating the post in a form is very suitable 
also for non wiki users.(with an edit-this-post link, placed somewhere 
near the posting with some conditional markup).

I think this is rather diffcult to realize, but sure would be a big step 
for this great recipe.
