Yes, this one (but I don't understand the difference with your point 2 
if the file included comes from the same server).

I tried <!--file:http://sameserver.com/blabla/file.ext--> in 
pmwiki.tmpl, but the include don't appears, even in the source of the 
page (in the browser), or like an error.

I did not try (:includeurl ... :)
