[pmwiki-users] Print Skin Problems

I had this working under PmWiki 1, but can't get it to work under  
PmWIki 2. I have a normal-mode custom skin that works fine, set by
$PageTemplateFmt = 'pub/skins/itcwiki/pmwiki.tmpl';

But ?action=print pages also use this skin no matter what I do. I've  
tried the following with no success:
$ActionSkin['print'] = 'itcprint';

The print skin in pub/skins/itcprint/ is ignored. The files there are  
named print.php, print.css and print.tmpl

No matter what I've tried, I can't get the code to find and use the  
print skin.

Any ideas on where to check?
