IMHO, the default should seperate the wiki's ID info from feature
configuration. 

It would simplify maintenance (upgrading and updating) for both farms and
more diverse wiki situations, instead of requiring unnecessary
customization of config files, which only tends to create more problems
down the road when the next round of features is added to the config
file...
