The crux of it is conditional markup for testing if a group exists.

Is it possible, Pm?  If not, can it be made possible?

If a group-exists test is too complex, then testing for a FullName
might be "good enough".  (I thinking we could test for existence of
{$Group}.RecentChanges.)
