Thanks Pico.

You're right about the markup being missing.  It actually looks like
parts of an old layout of the page.   Maybe the conversion process has
failed to parse the old wiki file properly.

If I paste in the source from the old page, then the output looks much
better.  But as you point out the link aliases don't have the | chars
so don't display right.  If I go with this approach I'll need to
manually convert the syntax myself.

It would be great if we could figure out why the converted page
doesn't convert properly.  I could then be more confident that all my
other pages would convert.

 I've attached the source for that page from the wiki.d dir, just
incase a pmwiki guru gets a chance to look at it.
