[pmwiki-users] Problems with upgrade from V1 to V2

OK.  I've figured it out.   On out V1 wiki, the default page was setup
as "Main.KnowledgeBase", instead of the default "Main.HomePage".  So
the V2 install was picking up a *very* old version of that file.

So it was my fault ... I just never remembered that I changed the
default page 2 years ago.
