At present, (:title:), (:keywords:), and (:description:) expect to
be in the page source, and the UpdatePage() function will automatically
set the title=, keywords=, and description= attributes from that.

One can create a page containing just the attributes (without the
markup in the source), but the next time someone edits and saves the page 
the attributes will be lost.
