I suggest you have a look at http://pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/CSSInWikiPages.
This recipe provides the ability to do what you've described.

I think you might also be able to have a local css file called
YourGroup.YourPage.css within /pub/css, but I'm not sure.
