PmWiki doesn't impose a size limit.  I've created pages
over 512KB in length and had little trouble.

It's generally not the size that is an issue but the number
of complex markups (links, lists, etc.) present in a page.  
For plain text and standard inline markups it's generally 
pretty quick.
