Another option: You can Include Other Pages or sections of pages (http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/IncludeOtherPages 
) with the (:include:) directive. That ensures the heading is  
consistent and changeable in one place.

Your content page contains:

(:include MyHeadings#FirstHeading#FirstHeadingend:)

The above heading will be consistent on every page that includes it.

(:include MyHeadings#SecondHeading#SecondHeadingend:)

The above second heading will also be consistent.

Your MyHeadings page contains:

[[#FirstHeading]]
This is the first heading
[[#FirstHeadingend]]

[[#SecondHeading]]
This is the second heading
[[#SecondHeadingend]]
