But exactly what constitutes a WikiWord in PmWiki is. (i.e. PmWiki's
WikiWords mayn't be the same as TWiki's WikiWords) I think that
"PmWiki.WikiWord" is just fine.

Same here. If you need a WikiGroup page in some other group for
conceptual separation of concerns that's fine. Nature abhors a
vacuum, but has no problems with redundancy and neither should PmWiki
IMHO.

And you don't have to except as it pertains to PmWiki (let authors make
their own choices :-). For PmWiki, I'd favor singular page names because
you can (almost) always pluralize them in the text and it's a simple
rule to remember.
