The "or"s were mostly exclusive but not necessarily so.  They just
seemed exclusive when I wrote them down -- I wasn't putting a lot of
detailed thought into the list.  There's a good arguments for Scripts
versus Modules; unfortunately, all of the scripts and modules both
appear in the "scripts" subdirectory, which might be confusing.  I suppose
I could create separate directories for them (e.g., "modules" and "extras")
but that seems a bit overkillish to me.  Technically they are all
scripts; just some of them are standalone and some of them add features
or customize PmWiki in some way.

Well, by that reasoning I could put everything in the PmWikiFAQ. 
In a lot of ways the PmWikiFAQ should primarily contain pointers to
articles that explain each question in the FAQ.
