Can you tell me what version you're using ? (Should be in the 'about' menu) 
I've not seen the stackOverflowError for aquiet a while... its
possible that you're using Connected Text, I can't remember if I fixed
that.

Saving preferences is not implemented,  I don't think there's a
particularly clean way of doing this, if I understand correctly the
only way I can do is it by passing cookies to+from the containing
browser ..yeuch ;)   .. I would like to though.

The clipboard thing I never knew about, must be a VM thing :)  WRT to
saving, I could easily have a 'Save + Continue' option as well as
'Save+ Exit' which is the current behaviour, would that be better ?
