FireFox does with an extension - e.g.

I am not sure about Konqueror - IIRC there is/was a plugin and that was
about to be included into the official KDE sources. Though my Konqueror
does not support at the moment?

On the other hand I think we should support it, since it also gives a
plus on the accessibility site.

BTW - Isn't it nice that relational links are defined in HTML 2.0 which
has it's 10th anniversary this year - and not all browsers support it
yet? :-]
