[pmwiki-users] Utility pages

How about 'Main?' Shouldn't conflict with anybody who is presently using 
PmWiki. If you create a "$UtilityGroup" variable and default it to 
'Main,' then we all can pick what name we want for that group. Seems the 
least invasive.
