Yes, although the correct approach would be to have such wikis
create a (new) Main.SideBar which then hides the existing Site.SideBar.
That's not too complicated to explain.

At any rate, the "edit" link that comes in the default distribution 
sidebar may disappear, since only the admin will have permission to
edit it.
