I just wanted to note that I generally agree with John's sentiments
here, so I'll see about a minimal (:toc:) capability for the
distribution.  But it may be a couple of weeks before I get to it,
and it might not be in 2.0.0 (i.e., it'll probably be in 2.0.x where 
x > 0).
