How about a (:headline:) directive that is always used, if present. 
Otherwise just the first paragraph of the page.  Without Trail markup 
and other junk, if possible.

By the way, I've found that I need to change $RssItemFmt such that

	<link>$PageUrl?$RssItemPubDate</link>

in order to make the link unique; else it won't get recognized by 
Thunderbird.  But this may be a problem with Thunderbird.
