It had never occured to me to try that before, but so far it does
exactly what I want.  Chalk up another victory for things I didn't
know I could already do.

It must be making URLs that are relative to the site, as opposed to
the wikipage that I'm on (the way that I thought it would).  I'll have
to play with it after transferring recent changes to the production
site, to make sure it works properly there too.
