Sorry for the cryptic reference.  It refers to returning
Dublin Core metadata for a page.  My small post accepting ?action=dc
(which came after several long threads) is at

Eventually I'm thinking of making it possible to create separate
form controls for page metadata -- similar to what is being done
with the EditTitle recipe, but extended to more metadata.
