Could there be a way to bring up a **warning**, when the new page
being created will also create a new group (i.e. one for which there
is no pre-existing "RecentChanges" page), so that the user has to OK
the change/re-Save the Edit?

I have some wikis with users who are constantly trying to create
pagenames like "St.PatricksDay", or "QuestionsForMr.Bush", and while I
don't want to try to impose the editing restrictions that would be
necessary to prevent that programatically, it would probably be
sufficient to have a warning that would alert them that their edit
wasn't going to have the desired effect.
