[pmwiki-users] switching hosts / lost edit function

Switched everything over to a new host and now when I click on Edit, I get
"Warning: fopen(wiki.d/.flock): failed to open stream: Permission
denied in /Library/WebServer/WebSites/mdfloyd/public_html/index.php on
line 466"

I don't see anything on line 466 to change, and I haven't changed
anything at all -- other than to FTP my files over.

Hints?
