Remove the .flock file.  Also, make sure that the webserver has
write permission to the wiki.d/ directory itself -- sometimes
when copying files from one server to another the permissions
aren't preserved.  (It's okay if PmWiki doesn't have write permission
to the files inside of wiki.d/, PmWiki just needs write permission on 
wiki.d/ to be able to work.)
